WE ONLY SHIP TO UK AND EUROPE AT THE MOMENT. WE PACKAGE AND POST ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOU ORDERING THE PRODUCT. IF FOR SOME REASON THIS CAN'T BE DONE YOU WILL BE EMAILED SHORTLY AFTER YOUR ORDER. IF YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT AND THE PARCEL IS DAMAGED MAKE SURE TO TAKE A PHOTO BEFORE OPENING THE PARCEL. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED THEN A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE. IF THERE IS NO PROOF THAT THE PARCEL WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND YOU COULD HAVE DAMAGED IT YOURSELF  YOU ARE LIKELY TO NOT RECEIVE A NEW PRODUCT OR REFUND. ORDERS ARE POSTED NEXT DAY EXCEPT IF YOU ORDER FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. THESE ARE POSTED ON A MONDAY AS I WORK WEEKENDS AND POST OFFICES SHUT AT 1 AND CLOSE ON SUNDAYS SO I CAN NOT GET TO THEM BEFORE OR AFTER WORK. SORRY.

RETURN POLICY

YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT UNUSED, WE CAN NOT GIVE REFUNDS TO ILLUSTRATIONS BUT PLEASE MESSAGE US ON SOCIALS OR EMAIL US FOR ADDRESS. WHEN THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED WE WILL CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE OR SIGNS OF USE. IF THE PRODUCT HAS NO SIGNS OF USE WE WILL REFUND YOU FOR THE PRODUCT BUT NOT POSTAGE COSTS. DIGITAL PRODUCTS CAN NEVER BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED AS THERE IS NO PROOF OF RETURNING ALL COPIED.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE A PHOTO OR A ILLUSTRATION FOR COMMERCIAL USE YOU MUST GET IN CONTACT WITH US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FAIL TO DO SO COULD LEAD TO CHARGES. JUST SEND US A MESSAGE ASKING ABOUT THE FILE YOU WANT TO USE. WE WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH THE CREATOR AND SORT SOMETHING OUT. NEVER USE A FILE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE WITHOUT ASKING 

REFUND POLICIES

WE WILL ONLY REFUND DAMAGED PRODUCTS IF THERE IS PROOF THAT IT WAS DONE BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THIS WILL MEAN EITHER A REFUND OR A NEW PRODUCT WILL BE SENT OUT. IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN A PRODUCT WE WILL CHECK THE PRODUCT OVER FOR ANY SIGNS OF USE BEFORE GIVING YOU A REFUND. THIS REFUND ONLY COVERS THE PRODUCT AND NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS.

IF A STICKER, SLAPS OR SUN STRIP HAS NOT BEEN USED THE THESE CAN BE REFUNDED WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK

PHOTOSHOOTS AND PLANNED TRIPS CAN ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THERE IS CLEAR REASONING IN WHY YOU ARE ASKING FOR A REFUND. CANCELATION IS NOT COVERED FOR A REFUND.

 

PHOTO PRINTS AND ILLUSTRATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AS YOU CAN SEE THE OUTCOME BEFORE IT IS SENT.  IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE ILLUSTRATION BEFORE IT IS CONFIRMED TO PRINT PLEASE SAY.

AIR FRESHENERS CAN BE REFUNDED IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED OR USED. IF YOU OPEN AN AIR FRESHENER THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

CLOTHING CAN BE REFUNDED IF THE TAGS ARE STILL ON AND THE PRODUCT HAS NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE.

LANYARDS & KEY TAGS CAN BE REFUNDED AS LONG AS THERE IS NO SIGN OF WEAR OR DAMAGE AND WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

BOX BUNDLES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS IN THE BUNDLE.
